Terra + nos — Latin

terra — the earth · nos — us

The earth, ours.

Terranos comes from Latin: terra, the earth, and nos, us. Not "mine", not "yours" — ours. Because the mountain is climbed alone only by choice, and the best days on the ridge are the ones retold on the way down, together.

We built Terranos for the groups that organize on five parallel threads on Sunday evening and leave on Saturday morning with knots in their stomachs: who is coming, who drives, where do we meet, did anyone pack the rain jackets? One app had to hold all of that — and stay quiet the rest of the week.

And we built it with one conviction: technology on the mountain should bind you to people, not to a screen. That is why live sharing is reciprocal, the battery is respected, and your data goes nowhere. Made in Romania, for mountains anywhere in the world.
